Cancellation Policy
Payments
Weekly, Bi-weekly, and Monthly Session Packages must be paid in full prior to scheduling of sessions. Invoices are sent out every Sunday for the upcoming week, upcoming two weeks or upcoming month. For clients paying monthly, their invoice will be issued on the Sunday of the week of their last paid session and will be noted on the invoice.
Cancellations
To cancel a session, please text me at (407) 949 -1298. When a client schedules sessions, a block of time is reserved specifically for that client. Time is valuable for everyone. Therefore, 24-hour notice is required to cancel a session. Should a 24-hour cancellation notice not be given, that session will be deducted from the client’s package of purchased sessions. As a courtesy to my clients and because I realize emergencies do occur, clients may cancel a session up to 4 times per year at a rate of 1 time per quarter outside the 24-hour cancellation policy by giving me a minimum 3-hour notice. If a client chooses to use this option and gives at least a 3-hour notice, that session will not be deducted from the client’s package of purchased sessions. However, a cancelled session will still be deducted from the client’s package of purchased sessions if less than a 3-hour notice is given in any case. Should a situation arise where I must cancel a session with a client, I will do my best to provide the client with 24-hour notice. I will not deduct that session from the client’s package of purchased sessions.
Rescheduling
To reschedule a session, please text me at (407) 949 -1298. A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule a session. Clients have 6 days to complete 3 sessions. If you choose to cancel a session and not reschedule, that session will be deducted from the client’s package of purchased sessions (see cancellation policy above). If a client cancels their last scheduled session of a given week, they can reschedule the session for the following week if there is an available time block open. The next week’s invoice will reflect the additional session with no additional charge. Should a situation arise where I must reschedule a session with a client, I will do my best to provide the client with 24-hour notice. As long as the client reschedules the session, the session will not be deducted from the client’s package of purchased sessions.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients are scheduled in one hour blocks. When a client is late, I cannot and will not cause the next client to wait or reschedule. Therefor a client who arrives 15 minutes late or more will forfeit that session and must reschedule or cancel. Clients must text me at (407) 949 -1298 ahead of time if they are going to be late. Clients who fail to contact me prior to being 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and that session will be deducted from the client’s package of purchased sessions.
No-Show Policy
Should a client fail to show up for a scheduled session without either cancelling or rescheduling, that session will be deducted from the client’s package of purchased sessions.
Refunds
No personal training package refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and unused sessions.
